Do you want to build valuable leadership and communication skills with other youth?

U+ Education has partnered with Toastmasters International, a non-profit organization, to bring you the U+ Gavel Club. In this Toastmasters club, you can have the opportunity to improve your public speaking and leadership skills in a supportive environment.

Every week, there’s a new theme, new leadership roles, a weekly speech, and a table topics discussion. Build confidence by leading the meeting, signing up to give a speech, and practicing impromptu speaking. Gain important feedback and learn essential skills to help you succeed by joining the Gavel Club.

Toastmasters is a nonprofit organization, and all fees go towards sustaining the club and Toastmasters!

Trial 3-Sessions Virtual or 1 session In-person:

10 classes: $60.00 

30 classes: $150.00

In-person:

When

All classes begin on September 24th, 2023

Virtual (Zoom) :

18:30 - 19:30 for ages 8-12

19:30 - 20:30 for ages 13-18

In-person:

16:00 - 17:00 at Markham and Mississauga
